Come to Berivoi Outpost.
We gather at Advent Center at Berivoi, south of Recea near Berivoi Monastery. The Outpost is less than 90 minutes by car from Sibiu or Brașov, depending on traffic.

Getting to Făgăraș
Plane, train & bus
Choose your airport connection or a rail or coach route to Făgăraș. The next stage covers the final trip to Berivoi Outpost.
By plane
Sibiu Airport · SBZAirport → Sibiu railway or coach station → Făgăraș
For a direct bus to Sibiu railway station, take Tursib 21 from Aeroport 1 on Șoseaua Alba Iulia, the main road near the airport, toward Gară.
Bus 11 serves Aeroport Terminal, immediately outside arrivals. This is a different stop; check the journey planner for your onward connection.
Taking a taxi? Ask for Gara Sibiu for trains, or Autogara Transmixt beside the railway station for Axi Tours coaches.
Brașov–Ghimbav Airport · GHVAirport → Gara CFR Brașov / Autogara 1 → Făgăraș
Take RATBV bus A1 from the airport and stay aboard to Gara CFR Brașov for your onward train.
For a coach to Făgăraș, Axi Tours and Transbus list departures from Autogara 1 beside the railway station. Confirm the boarding stop for your chosen service.
Bucharest Henri Coandă · OTPAirport → București Nord → Făgăraș
Follow the signs to the airport railway station and take a train to București Nord (Gara de Nord). From there, search for a train to Făgăraș on your travel date; some journeys require a change at Brașov.
By coach or minibus
From Sibiu, check Axi Tours from Autogara Transmixt beside the railway station. From Brașov, check Axi Tours or Transbus Codreanu. Confirm your exact boarding and arrival stops: they vary by service and direction.
Check the onward connection before booking your flight.
Allow time for baggage collection and travel to the station. A late flight may mean staying overnight before continuing to Făgăraș. Timetables, fares, and stops can change; use the operator links above for your travel date.

Arrange the final journey from Făgăraș before you travel, whether by taxi, your own car, or a pickup confirmed with your host.
When arranging your visit, send us your arrival date and time, train or coach details, exact arrival stop, number of travelers, and any large luggage. Keep us updated if your plans change; early notice helps us coordinate arrivals.
Please confirm pickup availability and any cost with your host before travelling. A transfer is included only when it is part of your confirmed stay or event.
Driving from Făgăraș
- From FăgărașTake DJ104 south toward Recea. At DJ104A, continue south following signs for Berivoi Monastery.
- Toward the monasteryAfter 600 metres, turn left at the police station toward the monastery. Continue for 5 kilometres, then turn left at the sign for LB Berivoi Natura Village.
- The final approachAfter 150 metres, turn left again, heading north. The Advent Center is 500 metres ahead, on the right.

Sabbath worship
Berivoi Worship Fellowship
An English-only Seventh-day Adventist worship fellowship for fluent speakers seeking a place to worship. Join us on Friday evening and Saturday morning for Bible study, prayer, and worship. No translation services are provided.
You do not need to stay at the Center or enroll in a program to attend worship.

Can I volunteer or stay at the Center?
The Advent Center has an active international volunteer program. Visit its website for current pathways, applications, accommodation, and any costs.
Is the restaurant open?
The restaurant initiative is planned and in development. No opening date, hours, menu, or reservations have been announced.
